The Process
How the Partnership Works
-
Step 1 - Apply and Get Onboarded
Share your recruitment experience, industry expertise and candidate-sourcing capabilities. Suitable applicants may be invited for an initial discussion.
-
Step 2 - Receive an Assignment
Honcho Hunters communicates relevant recruitment requirements, essential qualifications, experience criteria, submission instructions and applicable payout information.
-
Step 3 - Shortlist 1–3 Suitable Candidates
Review your candidate network and identify the strongest matches for the specific assignment. Screen candidates before submission rather than forwarding resumes in bulk.
-
Step 4 - Submit Profiles for Evaluation
Submit the shortlisted resumes in the prescribed format. Candidate contact details remain masked during initial evaluation, in accordance with the submission process.
-
Step 5 - Profile Evaluation and Approval
The Honcho Hunters team evaluates each resume against the assignment requirements, considering domain relevance, functional suitability, stability, quality of experience and overall suitability.
-
Step 6 - Receive Your Payout
For every resume formally approved, you earn ₹500–₹2,000, depending on the role and seniority.
Payment is processed within 72 hours of approval.
The approved-profile payout is not dependent on the candidate ultimately being placed, subject to the applicable programme terms.
Evaluation Criteria
What Makes a Resume Approval-Worthy?
We value thoughtful screening and professional judgement. Every submission may be evaluated on the following parameters:
Domain Relevance
Does the candidate have the required industry experience?
Functional Suitability
Does the candidate's expertise match the position's responsibilities?
Quality of Experience
Has the candidate handled relevant assignments, projects, teams or business outcomes?
Seniority
Does the candidate's professional level match the position?
Career Stability
Is the candidate's employment history appropriate for the assignment?
Accuracy
Is the information supplied current, consistent and materially accurate?
Overall Suitability
Does the candidate meet the assignment's essential requirements?
The specific criteria may vary by assignment.
Our Submission Rule
Submit only 1–3 carefully shortlisted resumes against each assignment. Avoid:
- Bulk resume submissions
- Duplicate candidate profiles
- Generic resumes unrelated to the requirement
- Unscreened or outdated profiles
- Profiles submitted without the candidate's consent
Our principle: quality over quantity, every time.
Earnings
Earnings and Payment Terms
How much will I earn?
You will earn ₹500–₹2,000 per approved resume, depending on the role, candidate seniority and assignment requirements. The applicable payout will be communicated for the assignment.
When will I be paid?
Payment is processed within 72 hours of formal resume approval.
Do I have to wait for a placement?
No. The payout under this partnership is linked to formal resume approval, not the candidate's eventual placement.
Is every submission paid?
No. Only resumes that meet the applicable assignment criteria and receive formal approval qualify for payment.
Does submitting more resumes increase my chances?
Not necessarily. Honcho Hunters encourages only 1–3 carefully shortlisted resumes per assignment. Bulk, duplicate and generic submissions are discouraged.
Can I earn regularly?
Your earnings depend on the availability of assignments, the suitability of candidates you identify and the number of profiles approved. Consistent quality may support further engagement, but a minimum assignment volume or income is not guaranteed.
