Our Founder
Honcho Hunters is founded on the leadership and consulting legacy of Anil Mahajane, an IIFT-trained management graduate (MBA, 1984) with over 30 years of experience leading, restructuring and scaling businesses across diverse industries.
Having held CEO and senior leadership roles, and led several business turnarounds, Anil brings an operator's understanding of what makes leadership succeed or fail — an understanding that conventional CV-matching recruitment cannot replicate.
This experience forms the foundation of Honcho Hunters' core philosophy: that identifying the right leader requires industry depth, leadership maturity and an honest read of strategic fit — not keyword matching against a database of profiles.
