Depending on the assignment, activities may include profile evaluation, shortlisting, interview coordination, client communication, selection and offer follow-up.

Grow With Us
Partnership Levels
At Honcho Hunters, we believe that strong recruitment partnerships are built on trust, quality, accountability and consistent delivery. Our three partnership levels recognise professionals who demonstrate these qualities over time.
Level 1
Associate Channel Partner
Your entry point into the Honcho Hunters network.
Designed for experienced recruitment professionals beginning their association with Honcho Hunters. Performance is evaluated on:
- Quality and relevance of candidate profiles
- Professionalism and responsiveness
- Domain and industry understanding
- Compliance with agreed submission procedures
- Respect for confidentiality and professional standards
Associate Channel Partners can establish their credentials through reliable, quality-driven contributions.
Level 2
Channel Partner
Recognition for consistent performance and domain expertise.
This level is intended for professionals who consistently demonstrate reliability, quality delivery and sound industry knowledge. Channel Partners may receive:
- Regular assignment opportunities, subject to availability and suitability
- Ongoing engagement opportunities
- Consideration for assignments aligned with their expertise
- Opportunities to develop a sustained professional association with Honcho Hunters
Progression depends on demonstrated performance and business requirements. It is not automatic.
Level 3
Premier Channel Partner
The highest level of recognition within the Honcho Hunters Channel Partner Network.
Reserved for professionals who consistently demonstrate exceptional quality, professionalism, confidentiality and long-term commitment. Premier Channel Partners may receive:
- Priority allocation of premium assignments
- Access to confidential executive search projects, subject to authorisation and confidentiality requirements
- Faster profile evaluation
- Priority payment processing, subject to agreed payment terms and applicable conditions
- Strategic long-term association with Honcho Hunters
Premier status is awarded solely at the discretion of Honcho Hunters, based on sustained performance, professional conduct, quality of delivery and business requirements.
How Do You Progress?
Partnership progression is performance-led, not volume-led.
Submitting a large number of CVs does not automatically qualify a professional for a higher level. We value candidate suitability, submission quality, responsiveness, integrity, confidentiality and the ability to understand assignment requirements.
Higher partnership levels may provide access to additional opportunities but do not guarantee assignments, placements or earnings.
Professional Standards
Our Expectations from Channel Partners
A successful recruitment partnership requires mutual trust and professional discipline. Every Channel Partner is expected to:
- Submit candidates relevant to the specific assignment.
- Ensure candidate information is accurate and appropriately authorised for sharing.
- Respect candidate consent, privacy and confidentiality.
- Avoid duplicate submissions and disclose prior submissions where relevant.
- Communicate promptly and professionally.
- Follow assignment instructions and the agreed submission process.
- Avoid making unauthorised promises or representations on behalf of Honcho Hunters or its clients.
- Comply with applicable agreements and professional standards.
Honcho Hunters reserves the right to review submission quality and the continuing suitability of any partner.
Transparency
Commercial Terms and Payment
Transparency is essential to a sustainable partnership. Before commencing work on an assignment, the parties should establish the following in writing:
- The applicable success-sharing percentage or amount
- The recruitment fee and calculation basis, where relevant
- The event that triggers payment to the Channel Partner
- Whether payment is conditional on receipt of the client fee
- The required documentation and payment process
- Any applicable replacement, refund, cancellation or clawback provisions
- Candidate ownership, duplicate submissions and referral attribution rules
Payments will be handled according to the agreed written terms. Where payment depends on client fee collection, the applicable obligation will be governed by that condition.
Premier Channel Partner status may include priority payment processing but does not override the agreed payment conditions.
Important: Participation in the network does not guarantee work, placements, minimum earnings or a fixed volume of assignments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Success-Sharing Partnership FAQs
What is a Success-Sharing Channel Partner?
A Success-Sharing Channel Partner collaborates with Honcho Hunters on agreed recruitment assignments and receives the commercial share specified in the applicable agreement when the relevant success and payment conditions are met.
Is full-time recruitment experience compulsory?
No. Professionals may work independently or on a part-time basis, subject to their suitability, assignment requirements and agreed terms.
How much can I earn from a successful placement?
The amount depends on the commercial terms agreed for the relevant assignment, including the recruitment fee, sharing arrangement and payment conditions. There is no guaranteed income.
When will I receive my share?
Payment will be processed according to the written agreement, including the agreed payment trigger and any applicable client fee-collection condition. These terms should be confirmed before work begins.
Are assignments guaranteed?
No. Assignment availability depends on client mandates, business requirements, your expertise and your suitability for specific opportunities.
Can I work with other recruitment firms?
Any exclusivity requirements, restrictions or conflict-of-interest obligations will be governed by your agreement with Honcho Hunters and the relevant assignment terms.
Does Premier status guarantee premium assignments?
No. It may provide priority consideration for premium assignments and access to authorised confidential executive search projects. Actual opportunities depend on client requirements, availability and suitability.
Can I submit candidates without an assignment?
Candidate submissions should follow the applicable assignment instructions and agreed process. Do not share confidential candidate information or represent a candidate for a particular opportunity without appropriate authorisation.
What happens if two partners submit the same candidate?
Candidate attribution will be determined under the agreed submission and duplicate-candidate policy, taking account of relevant records, prior submissions, client requirements and applicable terms.
Can my partnership level change?
Yes. Partnership levels may be reviewed based on sustained performance, quality, professional conduct, responsiveness and business requirements.
Does this partnership make me an employee of Honcho Hunters?
Unless a separate employment agreement states otherwise, the arrangement is intended as a professional, assignment-based partnership rather than an employment relationship. The actual legal relationship will depend on the agreement and applicable law.
How to Join
Apply to Become a Success-Sharing Channel Partner
